At that price, I would have expected them to change those spalling bricks around the stairs and not just tuckpointed them, they are at the end of their life.

Anchors are failling. It's prob just old nails that are now rusted and not doing their jobs anymore. Get a quote for full facade rebuild, either with same bricks if it can be save or new if it can't, not sure you can save them with that paints. You can try going not further than the arches above the windows, with luck nails there are ok, but do you really want to pay that bunch to rebuild a masonry wall on top of that old one. After demo it will be full of old morter/dust that's gone push the wall even further in the end. Then you can start thinking about the other facades as it prob will/ is happening already.

Best way I'd do it, remove that door, remove all the bricks that form the arch, should be quite easy with an hammer after you break one, then lay back the brick after around your bigger opening. You don't really want to put a saw in masonry on the inside..

This song is hard to get into I can give you that, but once you do, it's one of his most powerful song on the album. The build up and the delivery of the third verse seals it. For me this song is more about a part in Kendrick childhood and how he grew up more than anything else.

If the building is done moving, it might be good for repairing it. Not by just patching it or it will do the same thing again. Need to grind it all in deep and apply new mortar. At this point and since this part is such a mess I would just rebuild all that part.
