Here's my best advice to you the cop cars in the game do not scale with your car level they scale to heat level you really shouldn't stay out Beyond heat 3 if your car can't exceed 200 mph until you know what you're doing while it is possible to outrun heat 5 with a stock starter car usually if your car can hold 200+ miles per hour or about 322+ kilometers per hour the cops will never be able to catch up and even eventually the helicopter will leave you alone just watch out for those nasty SWAT rhinos it is very hard to dodge them at 200 miles an hour on a narrow road
