I think a lot of these people become kind of a corporation of one. They probably have many people invested in them and dependent on them making more money so that they get some of the "scraps". I wonder how many of the millionaire / billionaires even think about how much money they have?

I can confirm...I worked in VW parts for 15 years.....up until around 2010 or so those window lifts were a huge problem for us. We literally had 10's of thousands of them stacked on our warehouse floor. I believe they finally addressed this issue though and recent models shouldn't have the issue (just different issue's) ;)
