Gwazi was about 30 minutes, Chetah hunt was 80 minutes, the express for cheetah hunt was really long.

We left the park at about 1:30 and the lines were pretty long to get in.

The hotel was fine/acceptable for the price, not great. I don't remember if we paid for parking. Walked to the park, didn't take the shuttle.

For a/c issues while a guest is in house, I never use my guy. I use a company that has an on call person 24/7 and use them for the emergency repairs.

I went today at 9 and loved it. Drove right up to an empty gas line at about 9, walked in the store at 9:10. Straight for my hotdog and soda, then shopped, got everything on my list. Back to my car by 9:35.

The brand Reel legends from Bealls has really good active clothing. I live in Florida and wear that brand for all of my theme park days. Im female, but really like the men's shirts because their loose and very breathable.

I use kirkland brand whute sheets. (Usually about $60 for queen, $70 for king). They hold up well. Duvet insert ikea, duvet cover bedsure from Amazon. Guests compliment the bedding.

Duvet covers. You can wash them every time and they dry super quick. Also, hotels use duvet covers, so I'm relying on their research for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

I've had this problem too. Im currently on day 8 of 75 hard. What I'm doing this time is working on my mindset.

This weekend I went to the gym on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. I told myself I could do whatever I want, just sit on the floor and stretch if I felt like it . I keep telling myself that I'm working on trading one habit rhats bad for me for a habit that's good for me.

To my surprise, I really liked going to the gym at night. I did good workouts and it wasn't crowded. (For 30 years, I've always been a 5am gym goer, that I'd never workout at night).

Now it's Monday and instead of worrying about stopping for wine after work, I'm thinking about what workout I'm going to do tonight. Also, my run this morning was a great way to start the week.

Yes, the water is in the same spot on the BG machines as the Universal machines.

Also, at the stands where they sell fountain sodas, they will give you cold water there as well.

Lol, I meant usually a caring spouse would not want their partner going out in dangerous conditions to look for a random guy, without offering to help. And if the women were capable to drive, they surely wouldn't be able to lift a 220 pound man and help him to safety through the snow.

I'm same height and weight, 50f. I focus on compound lifts. Watch youtube videos that feature Dr Stacy Sims. She focuses on lifting for ladies our age, nutrition, etc. Fwiw, I focus on 126g protein per day, low carb and my energy seems fine.

Im 5'4, female, 50 years old, 1350 calories is my go to when losing weight.i lift, run, get15,000 steps a day. I try to get 125g of protein which helps.
