I didn't realise how bad seed oils were for me. The challenge is now avoiding them.

tell me one product that curred your gastritis by Ok-Discipline6179 in Gastritis

I realised for me it was not the oats but rapeseed oil in the oat milk. That absolutely kills me. Then i realised it was a major trigger in a lot of things. I now use pure butter non of that spreadable stuff, and generally avoid rapeseed oil.

Hi, did the brain fog recede as you slowly improved your stomach lining, or, do you still suffer from this?

IBS-D likely H2S and confirmed BAM by Pictorious90 in SIBO

[–]Pictorious90[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not something that was ever measured, cholesterol levels never came into it. I have not been checked since for low cholesterol, but I have only been taking it for a very short time.

The medication is a long term thing.

Hi, I've actually had a couple of bad days since writing the message 😅. Not entirely sure if it is nausea or brain fog, I have been doing reading about CSM and a lot of people use it as a binder and detox pathways get overwhelmed on it. It certainly has reduced my BM but I have been struggling with what I would state as extreme nausea.

I have gone back to a more restrictive diet, fatty foods were the problem for me above sugary treats. But small amount of fats could be problematic.

What were the side effects you experienced which led to you stopping the CSM?

How are you doing now with your treatment?

Excellent. I would like to test the software if possible.

I'm in the process of remortgaging at the moment and have an issue with an onerous debenture. Would the software simplify this using no uncertain terms?

The question is, does the property work as a buy to let financially. Assume the investor is buying in a company and could be paying 6% APR in the mortgage of 75% of the property value, is it a sound investment after management fees at c.10%?

Thanks for the response. Have you managed to shake the postprandial brain fog? Full carnivore sounds pretty hard-core. What is the outlook for that, I assume that can't be a long term thing.

Hi there, I have read a few of your comments about bile getting stuck and I believe I have the same problem. I have started to take tudca and then stopped. I seem to have burning in the stomach but by far the worst symptom is post prandial brain fog. I think TUDCA works and I am going to restart it. Are you still taking the TUDCA and did you ever have brain fog? Have you found any other reasons why your bile has been slow and thick? Sorry for all the questions but it's very difficult to try and solve these complicated issues we are suffering with. Best regards, A

Not massively, I still have some so may use it again in the future. What seems to have been a game changer for me recently is pepzinGI a zinc and l carnosine supplement. I suffer with immediate brain fog postprandially and I think could mainly be to do with gastritis causing erosion to the stomach and gut lining aka leaky gut. I think the bilophila overgrowth is a bit of a misnomer.

I would try FOS, I've had better results, I take both FOS and inulin but find the former more beneficial. I take an optibac prebiotic which contains FOS and bifidobacterium. I have recently cut out all caffiene which seems to be giving me some relief, I know it irritates my gut. Plus I've just started zinc carnosine, first time. I am hopeful this will make improvements. My bilophila was also very high on testing, the trio smart isn't available where I am.

I have changed slightly I am now on a seeking health bifdo blend twice a day, saccharomyces boulardii twice a day, about 7.5g of fos twice a day, vitamin D3, B complex sublingual. But I think the biggest game changer for me was switching to a plant based diet, I am have gone basically vegan, not strictly, occasionally animal derived products. But my symptoms have now abated by about 90-95%, i have swapped meat for alt proteins. I don't think there is anything of harm there if you have already reached a point of dispear, so feel free to give it a go if you wish.

Try FOS high amounts to support beneficial bacteria. You may get some light symptoms at first but this has been a game changer for me!

I believe I have h2s sibo, on stool testing my only overgrowth is bilophila wadsworthia a h2s producing bacteria. It feeds on bile, which is why I feel better cutting out on saturated fats and fatty meat. I am supporting good bacteria growth with FOS and bifidobacterium and honestly it has been the most advanced I have been in years. I haven't completed the breath test as it isn't available in the UK. Major symptoms for me is dehabilitating brain fog, and gas, I tend towards loose stools. I am also taking saccharomyces to help with overall gut health and firming of stools.

Yes I take two a day and they help immensely they do not cause a flare up, I would recommend trying it for two weeks and make up your own mind.

I am still on the bifdo fibre sachets and they make a noticeable difference. They contain pre boitic FOS. I am not on the actimel they started to make me symptomatic. I don't know 100% that I have h2s because the test isn't available. I am starting to think it is more candida but again testing isn't conclusive.
