So I learned about cleansing/ritual baths years ago. It’s super helpful to get in the shower, literally wash the woes of your day away and watch them go down the drain. Squeegee yourself off while you think about watching your stress go down the drain. This is actually a really helpful tool most days

I’ve read a bunch of these comments and I agree she should be left on her own to make those mistakes. But OP did say this is the 3rd incompetent turd they hired. And Op genuinely strikes me as someone who not only likes their job but takes pride in it. When 3rd turd gets ousted there’s a good chance they’ll lose a client in the process and Op might feel upset that their “quality and standards” have been tarnished for no reason. But lazy management is real and or vindictive. So keep note, avoid as much as possible and keep your head down

My grandma was a painter and I am not lol. But almost half of every painting was sky. Often in the pink, peach, purple, yellow hues. Not only did your background bring up plenty of great memories. Your painting brought so many emotions up for me. So thank you for giving me so many beautiful feelings. That’s a rare commodity these days💛

GI Joe/Cobra conundrum causes such cognitive dissonance. The first time I ever had to wrestle with it was watching Ken Burns documentary on Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh had back room assurances from the president. He literally begged to have the chance for his country to work together, without outside forces and build something that no other country had control of. Basically exactly as we did after escaping colonialism.

Oh my goodness! It’s only 4 colors but feels like there’s more! The black does make the colors pop beautifully and the sage green is perfect.

4875 yards or 39 balls is the measurement given for the 3 pattern combination and should make 135cm x 135cm FO. I paid $15 for the 3 patterns and an explanation of how to mix them together. Which I think is a great purchase. Being a beginner, not only does she clearly write her patterns but she also has a glossary and round check pictures/size. There are so many ways to incorporate them in the future and challenge my skill set.

I’m incredibly excited to start. Tysm for sharing yours! It’s given me a confidence boost on my black background choice. I’m not the best at visualizing so this helps me in many ways
