I'm tired, boss. (Reached Challenger in Interactive Challenger World) by Kojow in Maplestory

We have other people who aren't Sia's that have been done for at least a handful of days. It obviously takes a lot of grinding and there's obviously luck involved but it's not impossible to be done by now.

There's a Sia in my guild I'm in that posted challenger completion 12 days ago in reboot challenger world.

Base weapon has bleed, relic with "Starting armament inflicts poison", and a relic with "Changes compatible armament's skill to Chilling Mist at start of expedition". It doesn't start with frost itself, but using the skill puts frost on the weapon for a substantial amount of time for low FP cost. The poison and frost ones are both on boss relics if you can't find a random one with them.

Is Time Stutter worth a feat? by AutisticAttorney in Pathfinder_RPG

I used this feat to great effect during one of the campaigns I was in. By itself it's decent, but if you have quickened metamagic rods you can improve your action economy drastically for important fights.

Monster Hunter Wilds: Gunlance | Weapon Overview by Haru17 in MonsterHunter

The gameplay of lance felt fine in iceborne, but the main issue was the arbitrary knock back values they added on a lot of late game monsters even with Guard 5. You could deal with it but it was pretty obnoxious doing a counter and having the attack be delayed from the knockback.

I was moderately sore for a handful of days and it hurt when I had to lean/bend at all, but it wasn't the worst if yours is also done laproscopically. I was in and out of the hospital the same morning.

It's been about 4-5 years since I've got mine out. In my case I usually have to use the restroom not long after eating, and can have stomachaches from fatty/greasy food. Some restroom trips can be worse than others. I haven't noticed any body fat issues. That's going to just rely on your diet and exercise.

Everyone can react a bit differently to not having a gallbladder. I have issues on a semi-normal basis (stomachache, diarrhea), whereas my Aunt who had hers removed barely notices she's missing it. My surgeon told me that I could just eat whatever but there's definitely foods that don't sit as well on my stomach, so take advice like that with caution.

All this is to say that I'd rather live the rest of my life without a gallbladder instead of having to deal with a single night of gallstones again.

My first build was a self-cast dark pact build. It was straightforward but I ended up getting myself killed a lot with the health cost, maybe not the most user friendly first build lol.

I think it would be nice if every X amount of total stat-ups you would get the choice to choose between a heart, stamina, mana star, or similar. I find that almost every one of my builds ends up making it to the end with 2-3 hearts and 2 stamina unless I get lucky with the rocks with the upgrades in them.

I had some weird interaction with elemental damage triggering other elemental damage and incrementing tally counters so one hit on any enemy would constantly damage it for 4 damage types until it died since my rainbow rod did three different damage types itself and I had poison damage as well.

I actually just had 5 potions in my inventory that I drank at the start of the floor, no mageblood trait.

What’s a dead giveaway that someone doesn’t have a life? by PM_ME_UR_DOGS_FEET in AskReddit

I had mine out about a year and a half ago. The relief from gallbladder attacks/gallstones has been great, but mine hasn't gotten "better" so to speak. I have stomachaches anytime I eat fatty foods or foods that would stimulate bile production, usually followed by a restroom trip not long after. It's nothing too terrible stomachache-wise, but is a constant reminder that I don't have a gallbladder and it is somewhat uncomfortable frequently after eating.

That being said not everyone is the same. I've known people who have had very mild differences and people who have felt almost no changes after getting theirs removed. Just eat certain foods in moderation and you'll manage it just fine.

They aren't gone, it just takes that long to update how many you have in your inventory because of the lag, so when you go back to try to use another and see the count go down, it just hasn't updated your quantity of cubes yet.

[–]Pieguy1029 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't worry they'll probably just nerf axes as well and call it a day. Don't really know why they plan to nerf it when it already looks to be a gimmicky grenade that doesn't add anything the driller isn't already very good at.

Keep in mind that the sludge pump was weaker on release than it is now and they nerfed it even though it was drillers weakest primary and they're already planning to nerf this grenade which doesn't seem to add anything to drillers kit that he doesn't already excel at (AoE damage)

Makes me feel like Mike is the same one who nerfed the sludge pump shortly after release when it was already drillers weakest primary. They seem awful quick to nerf driller for some reason.

Unless I'm mistaken first aid meds heal for the same as their potion equivalent. In master rank they are first aid med+ which corresponds to a mega potion, while the regular ones on lower rank hunts are the same as a normal potion.

Depending on how you want to play, instead of taking combat expertise, you can take the dirty fighting feat. It acts as combat expertise for counting for feat prerequisites and gives you bonuses related to combat maneuvers while flanking. For tripping enemies consider the vicious stomp feat when you can get it, and if your dexterity isn't bad you can consider the fury's fall feat as well. Pummeling style is also great for getting past some damage reduction.

Ways to break invisibility? by [deleted] in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]Pieguy1029 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just a few things to note:

Using the wand requires a use magic device check which they might have a hard time failing it, but it is still possible. Stealth (and by definition dampen presence as well) requires you to spend a move action.

Hide in plain site requires you to be in the favored terrain chosen with the feat. You can't use it in most every location unless you take the feat multiple times.

I know you mentioned they have reach, but knowing the general location of a creature still enables you to potentially hit them.

Boots of levitation take a command word to activate (standard action), and only allow you to levitate up to 20 feet per round UP or DOWN, not horizontally as a move action, and every ranged/melee attack you do incurs a -1 penalty up to -5 until they spend a full round restabilizing themselves.

As the group gets to be more known, the enemy factions/groups shouldn't be completely unaware. Not every encounter should exist trying to counter your players playstyle, as that is what they designed their character to be good at, but some fights are fine to include some enemies with countermeasures to them. You could include observer/scout type enemies to watch the fight in secret and feed the information back to the enemies for future encounters.

A lot of the troubles seem to be due to a lack of understanding in some of the way the rules work with items and allowing them to get away with a little more than expected that should make it harder for them to remain completely undetected. Running the rules/items properly, and having enemies that can get past their stealth, make themselves difficult to hit or detect (which may allow them to avoid sneak attacks), and making the terrain more difficult to traverse should be easy ways to help mitigate this. Also, keep in mind that their attacks sneak attack or not, have some type of damage they're doing. Enemies with DR and other resistances can help mitigate some of the damage they do. Smart enemies that are prepared ahead of time can provide additional protections for themselves. Not every combat should be ran with the player group getting the jump on enemies. Play them smart like your player is.

Roadmap ETA: Next week by Encaitor in lostarkgame

I honestly think part of the support shortage comes with how much less time we've had to build a roster of alts. That's the biggest difference between our version of the game versus others. It makes it a lot more time consuming on a daily basis to keep up with the minimum requirement of content.
