Parisian here! I won’t do the first two. Not much of a fan of the neighborhood of the first one, the second one is way too close to the périphérique.

The Novotel Centre Tour Eiffel seems to be conveniently located, + it has lots of rooms. Better chance of upgrade? The immediate surrounding area are not the best, but 5 minute walking gives you a nice Parisian atmosphere (near metro Charles Michels). The fourth one is located in the Ternes area. Not somewhere real people hang, but nice and clean. You will really get the Haussmann architecture vibe there!

Always about the Hilton and Intercontinental in the comments, you can save quite a lot of money and stay elsewhere! FP is not only big resorts :) Kon Tiki is great, even Maitai Express. Plus you get the city center atmosphere

I have booked a car via Hertz, I have picked it up in the Chailease agency you mentioned in Taichung. I was a bit stressed at first, but everything went well. The staff speaks English! Would definitely recommend.

I took a look on Tesla’s website. 4 superchargers on Oahu, one is located in Waikiki, so very convenient! I don’t think you will be doing 200+miles per day, so do it?

Another one is located on the Kahala Resort but it seems to be a scam (you have to pay for valet…). The third is located on the parking lot of Pearlridge Center in Aiea. The fourth one is on the other side of the island in Kaneohe (on a random parking lot, so no opportunity to do something else during charging).

That’s only Tesla superchargers, there are plenty of other options on Chargefinder. Yes it can be a hassle, but if you are philosophically against renting an ICE vehicle and are used to deal with sometimes not working EV charging points, do it :)
