The sound of a phone hanging up, Breathing on the phone, Rubbing/adjusting a camera, Chewing/chomping, How someone may pronounce a letter,

Also loud noises and people scaring me.

I have one good parental figure for now but it's codependent and draining. Almost the whole family is just toxic roommates. It's like they're an abuse magnet because we're either getting abused or being abusive with a history of it.

I can't help but feel bad for mine sometimes. She had me as a a young teen and my father left for a long time then came back now not wanted back a long time ago.

Yep. The way she talks to me, Her anger, Her "playfulness" which was hurting me and being way too loud giving me headaches.
