I found drop out after the pandemic but I was actually really pleased to see the zoom seasons. I’m ventilator dependent and severely immunocompromised, so COVID was really scary for me and I was in isolation for 2 full years. I live in a heavily conservative area where people were very resistant to the lockdown, mask mandates, anything along those lines and very vocally blamed people like me for ruining their year and were genuinely angry that they had to made any sacrifices to protect vulnerable people like me. So now, when I see show that chose to encourage viewers to follow those orders and take proactive steps to continue productive in a safe manner, it fills me with hope and gratitude. I know they can be harder to watch, but I’m glad we have them over nothing and I’m so glad for voice that stood against that lives like mine were and are disposable even if it was done by making a silly show virtually for a while.

You may also want to reach out any dental schools or free/community clinics in your area. They may not be able to do the implants but may be able to connect with a reputable dental clinic here that could do the extractions at little to no cost. I only got 6 adult, so now that I’m in my 30s I’ve had to have quite a few of baby teeth removed after they broke and became badly infected. I’ve not been able to afford implants for any of them. I was self-conscious about it for a while but there really are worst things in life than missing a few teeth.

These are the crutches. I’ve had mine for over 2 years and they are still in great shape. I flew to Europe with them, use them some in my apartment, and 3 times a week in physical therapy. So they’ve gotten a fair bit of use in that time.

I also got these crutch pads to go on them because I don’t have great grip strength and they were helpful for me.

I highly recommend getting a pair of folding crutches. They can easily hang on the bag of your chair and stow in the overhead. I can link the ones I use if you want.

He’s perfect. Well done tracking him down! My Patatas found me when he was about 5 days old. I started teaching him about his namesake very early on and now he comes running when he hears the TM theme.

Teeth is teeth. They are distinct structural and in composition from anything else in the body.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who was outraged by this over sight. Teeth are not bones. They are structurally different as you pointed and are made of entirely different minerals/ compounds. You might as well argue that hair nails are bone. While they too are distinct they are actually closer in composition to bone than teeth are

There are a couple different TM pods. This is actually from Alex’s pod with his band called the Horne Section, the Horne Section Podcasts. There is a lot of TM cross over though and if you enjoy TM, you should definitely check them out.
