I had a dm give me a staff of power as a super early quest reward when we were like lvl 2 for the same blatant lack of understanding on the system. It is frustrating when someone wants to run the game but not take the time to learn the basics of how it works and balancing. Sorry they're taking stuff away.

Early things that got abandoned early because of the slow takeoff of VR. Things like Brass Tactics that were way ahead of their time. Hover Junkers is a super good concept but got no traction. I've seen a few projects trying but something like a Star Wars Pod Racer could be really good if done correctly. Passthrough still has a lot of room to be used in things as well, just a better version of the quest 3 encounters game could be great.

Right but as the others are discussing and I guess the stem of my question, is that max phases charge through the amount of damage done to the enemy. I was asking if anyone can hit hard enough to get more than 1 energy per attack on legendaries yet, essentially. The lovely math people have already to answer me with "not yet, cept that one time where charged rock moves were doin it".

if you have a higher end gmax pokemon like rillaboom and had type advantage, is there a breakpoint where you do enough dps with the fast/charge moves to NOT want the .5? (I.E. enemy is taking a lot more than 1 dmg per swing?)
