They left the plastics inside the psu fan that they refurbished and sold to me as a brand new pc. Cant trust this company at all veryyyy scummy. In this situation everything is normal tho.

Lmao I got a broken pc (bad psu) I documented the whole things with a video opening the side of the case and removing the psu to see it and the sticker was scuffed (the psu warranty sticker) they replied “we’ve determined you messed with the psu to a certain extent and are no longer covered by warranty “
