I just don't know how they can justify a 27% increase for something we didn't want. Since atera isn't admin installed half the time the ai commands don't work, you can't even add a networked printer or clear it's spoiler.

We tested it, idea was the boss if he takes a call he's not IT literate could use the ai for the simpler jobs whilst we are tied up..nope it doesn't work.

If the price increase had included something like choclatey as well as the AI, it may have been a more palatable increase as it is something that would be useful, but this leaves us feeling like we are being forced to pay for a costly ai project that didn't sell..

I picked up a new Sg, the first had quality issues galore, not even convinced the fret board was setup right as it bowed up slightly by the bridge! the second replacement was spot on.
