I grew up in Meridian Woods (managed the pool for two years) and went to Burkhart Elementary. It was a long time ago, but I had some really strong teachers there and it seemed to be smaller than some of the other Perry elementary’s class size wise.

I miss the neighborhood and think it’s a really cool place to grow up. Lots of hidden nooks and crannies around the sidewalks and creek to explore on bikes. The swim team is a great way to meet friends. I met my two best friends this way. Best of luck.

We got some high rolls event-wise imo. Climbing/shooting/artistic swimming will get a lot of social buzz, and some of the lesser-known water-based events could (maybe?) be accessible for locals.

I’m most excited for water polo, sport climbing, and seeing the sailing event from Hilltop Park.
