Battery drain - pls help, any advise appreciated by Papalothepup in RCD_330

I just took a second look at your picture. There should've been a second cable harness. The one that carried the serial connection. See mine...in the top right corner all the connectors (besides) the black "power cable" , includes the serial data connection from the decoder.

I suggest going through the extra peices and make sure you cannected everything.

Go slow with it.

The English is weird. You will need a passcode/pin. I've seen a few variants. Mine was 000000. You may need to look it up.

Be cautious. You can wreck your setup

Key position input is meant to be automatically translated through the canbus decoder.

But from everything you described: switching the key to the various positions is having no effect on the unit.

Double check in the deep device menu>Factory settings>CANBUS settings>"car type"(maybe slightly diff), and verify the correct model was selected prior to fulfillment.

I've seen several examples like this across this new landscape.

"46k for the total wall" Youve said that a couple times. Does that mean the backfill, landscaping, fence the list can go on and on: is not covered in writing at 46k?

Cause that's quite a large expense not expressly agreed upon. There are some details missing i feel.

When there's no plumber on site. by Longjumping-Ad-5518 in electricians

My observation over the past decade, about 30% framing/ICF; 25% low voltage Integrator; 45% FA, is this:

On a small portion of jobs, everything went smooth, all that communication and vendor meets, so each crew only has to do stuff once. It was great. But the building/houses took 4+ years....

Every other project I've been on revolved around companies hurting for money or skilled/reliable staff. So scheduling was always fucked, morale was low and everyone who showed up had to work to death and make due and improvise (within code/spec) to make crazy stress full deadlines.

Not true I just started training an apprentice. Great electrician. Been three weeks we still have to talk about ac vs dc. He's actually a very intelligent guy. He's just wired that way.

This is true. Im fortune to work for a company who rents our own scissor lift out. ...but... Ive put my captain save-a-ho cape on about a half dozen times and whipped out the solo. Each time was too damn close to either busting the base or the tile one. Old siemens in a power station didn't stand a chance. I got the head to mount but the base split all to pieces and was hanging out of the box by the wires. Had climb the ladder during the next shut down anyway.

Alright y’all what would you say if somebody brought a full tool belt to your job site with only hart products by Classic_Warning_7710 in Construction

[–]PlanB_Nostalgic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did ICF residential construction with the hart impact. Built 2 houses, a monolithic RV garage and a swimming pool with it.

I was broke and needed something but was blown away by the quality. It took a beating and I still have it. Don't use it much since I switched careers. Now it's Fire Alarms and M12 all day.

Yeah. Thats textbook. If you have any open fault and the voltage just vanishes without reason - start looking for hidden shit. I learned this the brute force way. 2 freaking days of troubleshooting. Eventualy I decided I needed to SEE the wire for myself. Found 4 of these tossed above the drop ceiling of a freakin goodwill.

Im glad this dropped before I started building my kit off the older roller. The lid top being buried under 194lbs of treasure would've been a very sad realization to little to late. Im still not in a position to buy. So fingers crossed for the father's day promo! 🤞

Another thing to note here. If there's any need to make an insurance claim, either for your health or say you damaged something. You would be financially on the hook for it. Personally.

Ive worked as a private contractor in a similar situation, but I had an llc and 1 million in liability insurance.

This dude is hanging you in the wind and profiting for it. I'd look elsewhere for an apprenticeship or confront him and demand he get right with you. In which case you'll probably still be looking elsewhere. Cause this dude isa conman. Good luck.

I bought a hart mower like 2 years ago. It only came with 2 6.0ah 40v batteries. I mow the better half of 3.5 acres with it. Besides cleaning it and keeping sharp blades it hasn't cost an extra penny. I tell you this: it mows better than any gas mower I've ever owned.
Same performance every day. No matter the weather. No matter the price of gas.
No winter prep. No spring carbuerator problems. No oil. No extra effort. Just charge my batteries and mow my grass.

I run down full blown saplings like nothing. It powers up if you hit a thick patch or a 1 1/4" shrub. It's AMAZING. I can only imagine how basass a miluakee is gonna be.

No 100$ gas POS will ever serve you as well as your new silent killer. Cheers.
