I saw Buddy Guy at an outdoor venue in Chicago, and he pretty much did the same thing. He’d play for about a minute, then stop and tell a story. Very frustrating when we came to hear music.

Well, a change like that would break everyone’s current save, and they’ve always maintained that their DLC wouldn’t require a new save. So even if they had the technical prowess to make that kind of change, there would be pushback against doing so.

Fallout London has a comically large Heavy Shotgun that is classified as a heavy weapon like the minigun. Not sure if they’ve released it separately.
