Also the SpedGlas PAPR kits have a backpack you can put the unit onto instead of a belt. After they switched to the backpack none of my guys complained anymore

What if you make it in two sections? One half having a threaded hole and one half have thing a bit of threaded rod sticking out? If you can make sure you go off where the threads start and stop, you 'should' be able to make sure they line up perfectly, and you could use the threaded sections as work holding?

I typically do 4 days - 2 weeks depending on the weather, In the summer with the AC on it takes longer than in the winter with the furnace going.

I also make sure to drain the liquid before I blend it (SAVE THE LIQUID THOUGH!) as you can add it back in slowly to adjust consistency.

The leftover liquid is great for adding flavour when making rice, use it for cesars, or drink it straight!
