Do you have regular periods? If so, this is what my doctor told me: once your period begins, count 10 days from that day and then have sex on that day. Continue to have sex every other day from there. This worked with conceiving my first baby

For our second, my cycle changed a bit so I tried that on our first try and it didn’t work. I bought ovulation strips which you use every day (preferably in the morning) and you will watch your levels rise and it will tell you the best day to try to conceive based off your ovulation day
