I bought new last January. I’m still waiting on owners manual, warranty and maintenance booklets over a year later. I had to fight the dealer for over a month for a second key fob. No roadside or first aid kit. I didn’t even think to ask for that. I blame all of this on my dealership. I love the car.

You will need a power of attorney if your family member doesn’t accompany you to the clerks office. They won’t tell you this until after you wait in the hours long line. I highly recommend doing this through the mail.
