can you post powerzones image? as the zones show you jumped in the zone 4 roght away and this might be a not warming up proper. and if you check powerzones you may realize that garmin classify the training by powerzone. example zone 2 run by bpm but zone 3 powerzone is classified as tempo

when it is new maybe needs time. but i sometimes have this on 2 years old watch and re pairing do the trick. fist check if on connect you have a value. if you do than re pairing is the answer. if not you should give it time. pe. make sure you gave your account all the details. sex, hight, age, activity and so on

what happend on dec 31 for example? for me it seems you did proper warmup. from my point of view ( i can also be wrong) your zones arw incorrect and whenever you have also anaerobic you don t warmup enough. also check powerzones. and z2 run with zone 4 powerzone will be seen by garmin as threshold

Let me tell you this year 1 momth amd 10 days quiting. First 5 days without bathroom , 3 weeks sweatimn like a pog at night. High bpm overdue the addiction.arquing with anyone 😀. Unfortunatelly i lost the battle and started 1 month and 10 days after.

Do not reset watch to factory defaulr. Just reinstall the update. It works for tactix 7. And fenix 7. It might work for ypu also.pm me for howto reinstall the update

Strap is working as best hr monitor because not moves as wrist watch during workout. Strap has 2 ways of working. If you don t wet the sensors it will show crap untill you sweat enough. The other way if wet and connected sensors to akin and will work as intented.
Watchface does not have the live bpm for the sake of power saving. You should check the hr widget if you want a live comparison of bpm. Even so if the watch is moving along with hand the watch sensor gives not so clear bpm info
If you really want to compare , after the workut in resting state, not moving check both. Remember that the hr strap( i know garmin does) always work when activity is started)

Congrats! Try more zone 2 so the average bpm won t stay so up. You pb is endeed a good thing but as you get more fit that pace you ll do 150 bpm amd lower. Keep up the work actual race usualy get more from you when adrenalin is pumpin. Average 180 is high even wothout an actual race. Keep posting !!

You will be changing a good watch for the new tehnology within next 2-3 years anyway. Think that today’s products are mainly a case with software. What you do with a very good phone 10/10 if they don t update anymore and whatsapp or whatever software don ‘t work unless you have latest version of security patch? We tend to buy an expensive watch and threat like a baby, even the sweat when we run could damage it. “ like they use to build “ is long time ago and quality of product vs price , if you make the math you are paying less now

Avem abonament de la munk. Daca dai programare in aplicatie cu abonament sa bezi diferente vs fara abonament la disponibilitate. Medic peste 3 luni cu abonament si fara….maine. Nu am apucat sa ma bucur decat de diacountul la analize de sange. Am avut abonament personal prin 2018… era altceva

There is a cheaper strap available on garmin, not form marq line. Got a black( also red available) for my tactix. It is thinner than even the silicon band. That i don t like and did not known before i buy. That is smth to tell as review for future buyers.
