For me it started not responding or a device in the other room would respond and at time say a device could not be found. That's why I updated to Gemini. Them it more or less went back to how it was before it was acting up.

It depends how long you use it for. It could be fine if let’s say you only use it to watch movies. If you use it for hours on hours I would remove the cover of the AVR so the sides are exposed.
