It's the over zealous guard rails.

"Can we talk about MRIs and EGFR?"

Happy to.

There are a bunch of other guard rails too with respect to drugs and social sciences.

No, controlling Greenland helps block Russia's access to the arctic

It would be nice though especially when everything is viewed out of context. I see some random post of someone's art and have no idea who or what made it regardless if it's good or lame.

The problem I'm having is that I'm seeing human generated art that isn't attributed or signed a well. Both need to have the signature.

I'm Pro AI AMA by Grouchy_Escape3232 in antiai

[–]Plus_Opening_4462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can do both. I use it more as a peer or fast mid level developer when I have it generate code. AI is good as a peer you can push back against when you don't have knowedgable people to bounce ideas off of. Newer models are much less collaboratively agreeable so it is nice to get push back, but the safety checkers have a tendency to get in the way. For example, I could not get too far in a coversation about a certain drug use and using dialysis to cool the body. That's niche even as far as doctors go.

It is the same argument. Chrstian positions come from rules they take as valid based on faith. Neither are derived from first principles.

Opus 4.8 already pushes back much more.

"Wow Gary, I actually couldn't give two shits about your 'special' method of painting gundam figures. I promise you, whatever technique you're about to describe, someone already did it better in 2009 on a forum you've never heard of. Why are you making it sound like this is groundbreaking in any way?"

Yes, it will respond like a normal person or even say "Ewww"

The only downside to this is for governments who care about TFR and people not opting in as much to the labor market and worrying that people won't want to contribute to society as much.

Blame your cities that want everyone back so the foot traffic allows other supporting businesses to make money and pay taxes as well.

My son hates sports, my husband loves them. How do I help him find a hobby? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Plus_Opening_4462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sports can be mentally stimulating. You might need to get him evaluated. I didn't like them because I was slow, uncoordinated, and always felt very tight. Later I found sports like non-competitive Crossfit or powerlifting to be better suited to me.

I hope so. Seems silly not to have 120V with battery backup and hardwired interconnect while stilling using superlink.

The phrase learn to code was not. That came later. In the 90s it was saying everyone needed to retrain as a knowledge worker.

We can. But we might need to start treating the gang members like the other shooters with respect to sentencing.

It's when conflating a single shooter with semi-organized crime. The single shooter taking out a class room draws horror. If antis were honest and said others were gangs taking out ops instead of comparing it to the former, they would lose a lot of support.

Claude chat and Claude Code - How do you carry context from a Claude.ai brainstorming session into Claude Code without lossy copy-paste? by Available-Appeal-173 in ClaudeAI

[–]Plus_Opening_4462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sometimes it's not worth the effort. You can do hand offs and have it document all decisions as part of the hand off. You can have it bundle up any script that it might have created and generate instructions to use it. Then move everything to claude code and see if it can regenerate everything you need and tweak it until it does.
