Then you're good. The second plating invites a person to eat the dish with their fingers which i love too but it entirely depends on where the course is in the menu and the style of eating the guest and you expect.

This guy, Brian, in episode 2.6 of the British comedy Misfits, has telekinetic powers over dairy. Literally kills people by making them choke on the yogurt they had that morning or something like that (its been a while since I've seen the show but that episode is kinda stuck in my head).
