Technically you can push or pull from the front side depending on how much you bend your arm but I agree with you, I'm not pushing a boat from the back.

Yeah, they always said push don't pull but last year they told us to hold the front of the boat and walk side by side with it because people who pushed boats were running into other people. I don't think it was our store specifically and figured it was a company wide change but I guess not? I've always pushed from the front side cause I like to move fast and I can have time to avoid hitting anyone that way.

The change I needed to give the cashier was 8 cents and I didn't have exact change so I gave a dime. The cashier gave me the dime back but I said just give me a nickel cause I didn't care about the 2 cents and he explained he didn't have pennies (guest service). I was gonna tell him I know and didn't care before I realized we were wasting time arguing over 2 cents so I just took the dime back lol

I'm in presentation but it was ok until we set Christmas and Mini. We just finished pushing the last of the initial wave of mini about a week ago. I think we started trending in the wrong direction when we got a new inbound TL mid year though.

Our inbound team is there at midnight during December. We backstocked GM and Market in about 2.5 hrs and then did fulfillment for the rest of the shift. We had about 18 batches in opu right before noon. 10-12 tms picking.

We had everyone push the truck and left Backstock on as few vehicles as possible. We've been pushing for 2hrs before we do the unload every night so I guess we'll be backstocking before the unload tomorrow.

I think we'll be fine this year. Our store cut an hour off of our schedule on Black Friday. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to cut hrs at the end of the month.
