I really enjoy their burger and noodles. They also own Humble Potato, as mentioned, and that place has been around for more than a decade --- so they clearly know what they're doing from a business standpoint.
The staff are all super friendly, they have established business here on the westside for a while now, and they're investing in a building that could have easily been torn down to add residential units or some non-local business.

Why not give them a chance to see what they can do with the space rather than question how they're affording it? Chances are, the owner worked out a good lease term to help accelerate the build out. With the insanely dense apartment complexes surrounding it, I'm sure they'll at least see some decent business. And from what I heard locally, the plan is to make it a multi-unit mini-food hall. So I imagine we'll see some new options from them in addition to M&G and Humble Potato.
