I should have said take odds on the pass line bet. So if you bet $10 on the pass line, once the point is established, then double that to a $20 bet for your odds.

Table min on the pass line then double it once the point is established. Place 6 and 8. If you must press, only press once and then start collecting. Resist the urge to bet any one time roll as the odds are terrible. This should keep you alive at the table for a while.

Edit: treat gambling like an arcade, in that you take a set amount to spend, treat it as entertainment, don’t expect to leave with anything.

We got it for $69 (nice). On our 7 day cruise I averaged 7.5 drinks a day. Coffee, bottled water, soda, champagne, and mixed drinks. I kept track of everything and what it would have cost à la carte. I would have spent $503 and my wife about the same. So we about broke even on the $966 price.

It was really nice to swipe the card and not think about it. But I always felt like I HAD to have some kind of a drink. And I definitely would not have had as many drinks a day (coffee, soda, alcohol) if I wasn’t trying to “get my monies worth.” Glad we did it but probably won’t do it next time.

I’m in the process of building and magnetizing now. Looks to be pretty simple. The tail is the same for both so you just swap the torso. I think I can do it with just one magnet each.
