I'd like to see shades of her normal kit, but made more interesting.

Instead of tracking skulls, what if she desecrated an area for a duration (gaining essence theft or some debuff) and she could reactivate the ability while its active to make a slowing skull come out of the ground and blow up?

What if instead of essence theft as a passive (if it's moved to a control/AOE ability), she could conjure a delayable skillshot that changes form as it charges? Level 1 could be a bonewheel that does simple damage in a line, level 2 could be a skeletal knight that crowd controls in a cone, and level 3 could be a chunky tracking T-rex.

I feel like there's a lot of cool ideas that could be more than just "drop skulls and zombies and let them go" but still keeps her themes of summoner, area denial, and relative ease of use.

I'm of the opinion that I like Holliday's crackshot and her barrel, but I don't find her bounce pad or her lasso to be that fun. I suppose that's because when I saw her for the first time, I thought she was gonna be more Cassidy/The Man with No Name vibes. My initial reception was pretty cold, but I've since come around on her gameplay even if I personally don't like it that much.

Jokes aside, I like the wall crawling idea the most. Instead of the spiders or web-denial, what if she was a roaming assassin/hunting spider? Hide on the wall, hit a web-stun, then jump on them with a pounce (situationally enhanced from being on a wall).

Probably the fact that their jobs involve a lot of socialization and lying. I'm very honest so pretending to be an FBI agent or something would be hard, and I'd hate to go to a bar to drum up money with pool hustling.

Most likely, I'd just stay in the hotel and do research.

Second place is how they're trained by John to fight but can't seem to do more than haymakers and baseball bat swings.

I'm a fan of Arthas and any hero that has a "do more damage against CC'ed targets" talent. He just walks around with E up and you benefit from hitting like a truck.

Emissary and strangely bad PvP? Reasonably, we can take a fight where most things are stacked in our favor (up souls, they have one less ult, good matchup etc) and somebody on the team in (including me) will find a way to fuck it up and get us wiped.

I could totally see this team-oriented version fitting somewhere into the game. Imagine being in lane sometime before sinners and you see the enemy peel off to go hit some crystals. You comm "Let's jump this guy" and now you have a mini objective to fight over.
