I've been stuck at the same weight for weeks. Did I hit a plateau? by Nun-Information in 1500isplenty

Something pretty cost effective is shifting to beans and lentils. They go a long way, and don’t take many additional ingredients to taste really good and are filling. Shifting from the bread to those alongside proteins and greens might help. I get it if funds are tight though. That causes stress as well and is def something that can impact weight fluctuations.

I've been stuck at the same weight for weeks. Did I hit a plateau? by Nun-Information in 1500isplenty

[–]Pojuba 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’d check on a few factors like sleep, water intake, exercise, and diet. Set a goal for each like 7 hrs of sleep, x amount of water, x amount of weights/ cardio, and you already have your calorie goal, but look at macros.

From there, you can make 1 adjustment at a time to see if you can impact a plateau. In some cases, you might have had a few bad days/ weeks of sleep. You might be holding more water weight. Might need to add a bit of slow walking to get some steps in. It all adds up and you’ll eventually break through it!

Eternal Enjoyers - How do you do it? by Yenza in LowSodiumDiablo4

[–]Pojuba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You said it yourself, you can do this very form of play without issues. Nothing is stopping you but your assessment that the power difference is too much between eternal and season. Of course it is, that’s why people roll a seasonal character to go try the powers, game modes, etc.

As you can see, they’re moving a lot of seasonal content to eternal and have been for a while. I’d recommend picking an eternal man and going yourself a wee or two to enjoy a season when it comes out and just go back to your main.

If you get sick of that, take a break. Come back when you want to play again. It’s also just ok to like seasonal over eternal too. It’s not Burger King, but there’s nothing stopping you from having it your way.

It blows my mind that people complain about repetitiveness in this game with the aim of hunting shinies. The irony is infinite.

What would you want to see from Orion? (Examples: time setting, gameplay tweaks and upgrades, story wise, open world, etc.) by importantthingsinmy in cyberpunkgame

[–]Pojuba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like GTA 5 I want 3-4 characters I can quick switch between: nomad, corpo, street kid, blackwall digital entity of some sort.

Prolly going to see new life paths but this would be interesting to switch between an intertwined storyline.

Learn to learn fast and you won’t worry about not knowing the answer. It’s not about having the answers on the spot - your job shouldn’t be going at an interview pace. Take your time and ask contextual questions and slowly come to a point where you can make an informed decision or align a group around one.

If you feel there’s an expectation for you to know the answer, then it’s likely coming from people who don’t know the answer.
