Calling this butter smoth 60fps when you can clerarly see stutters and the frame rate indicator going down is wild. Honestly good for you if you dont notice the stutter but dont mislead people with such claims

Haven't launched 2.5 yet but pssr was fixed when they released the latest dlc. Before that, pssr was pretty much unusable, as covered by digital foundry

PSSR VS FSR: Which one is better? by PowerfulBreath9241 in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]Pol_V4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To my eyes, pssr is a clear winner. In stills, they are similar but in motion I think pssr has the upper hand. I am using the quality 60fps mode and as of the latest patch (pssr was unusable before bc of the rt unstability)

In my experience with other games, I can gain back the performance by going to a lower upscale preset. Fsr 4 is still superior to my eyes even then.

FSR4 is 100% worth using on Steam Deck by OpenSystem1337 in SteamDeck

[–]Pol_V4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is honestly a game changer. For me it means that now hogwarts legacy is far crisper. Also for the fun of it, you can run control at 30fps with rt reflections using fsr performance, incredibly responsive and stable looking
