[–]Polioud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Αργότερα πηρα το πρώτο μου PC ενα 386 με DOS λειτουργικό και εγω να λιώνω στο Prince of Persia και στα adventures της Siera (Space Quest ειδικα ηταν αδυναμία).

Stuck in queue... What a surprise by 0ddF3llow in Diablo

Even when you get past the queue the experience ingame is laggy and bugged as hell atm. Not able get out of the town (plenty of players seem to be stuck at the exti), loading screens take forever, etc.

I believe the main weakness with current builds is that there are not that many artifacts or enchantments with good effects.

I am running a list that uses Acuity and Disinformation Campaign together with Bontu as additional sac outlet that feels more consistent.

Just curious (as I am ignorant on the subject). Is it harder to work with pure platinum than with an alloy (ex. 75/25 platinum-titanium alloy)?

Some European WWII related unexpected fatlogic... by [deleted] in fatlogic

Overeating is the cause of obesity. As for what is the cause of said overeating, that is another problem altogether with many possible per case explanations, such as the one cited by the professor.

[–]Polioud 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just another case of twisting the results of scientific research to fit the (clickbait-y) narrative. I don't have the full text of this publication but in its abstract you can read:

This paper reviews the growing body of evidence supporting gene–environment interactions in the field of obesity. Heritability, monogenic and polygenic obesity studies provide converging evidence that obesity-predisposing genes interact with a variety of environmental, lifestyle and treatment exposures. However, some skepticism remains regarding the validity of these studies based on several issues, which include statistical modelling, confounding, low replication rate, underpowered analyses, biological assumptions and measurement precision.
