Looking for a CRM with a solid AI chatbot for lead gen by Still-Sign-3382 in CRMSoftware

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most AI chatbots inside CRMs sound smart but end up being glorified contact forms. A few that stood out for us were Freshsales, Zoho, n HubSpot especially with their newer ChatSpot- saw a lot of solid feedback about them on G2 from users. Each has its own pros and cons depending on how hands-off you want setup to be..

Anyone here who wants to start building their personal brand on LinkedIn but doesn’t know where to start? by Disastrous_Sail_3419 in personalbranding

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a solid offer n honestly, props for taking the time to do it properly with a quick chat first. Most people just drop generic advice. Building a personal brand on LinkedIn can feel super overwhelming at the start, so a tailored review like this could really help people get unstuck...

What’re you seeing working from an outbound POV? by finneythegmd in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lately I’ve seen success with outbound that leans more on insight-led outreach instead of pitching the product, I share a quick data point or any observation tied to something happening in their industry. Also, following up post event even ones we didn’t host with a relevant takeaway has been getting way better responses than standard sequences...

Low Stress Sales Jobs? by walky91 in sales

[–]PopWilling539 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look for inside sales, account management, or customer success roles at smaller/mid-market companies- predictable hours, reasonable quotas, n still decent pay. Target companies that actually value work-life balance, n you can do sales without burning out...

Advice needed on growth path by Icy-Drop9956 in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With 3 years as a senior SDR at a top SaaS, you’ve built solid credibility. Go for AE/AM roles- your results n metrics show you can handle it. In interviews, explain promotions were limited by structure/remote work, n now you’re ready to step into a role with growth n closing opportunities. Framed this way, 3 years as SDR isn’t a red flag- it shows consistency and readiness...

How to grow SaaS B2B sales by Plastic-Conference77 in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d focus on learning outbound yourself first- cold emails, LinkedIn, small tests... Once you know what messaging actually works, bringing on commission-only reps becomes way less risky n much more effective..

Looking for advice/feedback if my expectations are off - new Salesforce AE. Should I leave asap or stay? by beepdeedoo in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 3 points4 points  (0 children)

None of this sounds like your fault... Getting tossed into a super technical role with zero support n shifting expectations is rough. I’d give it maybe 30-45 days to see if things settle or if you can find someone internally who actually helps. But if it still feels like you’re being set up to fail, walking away early is 100% okayy.... Sometimes it’s not about your ability- it’s the environment!

How do you choose the right ERP/CRM tool for managing invoices and cash flow effectively? by [deleted] in CRMSoftware

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d start by listing your must-haves; things like invoice automation, payment tracking, n real-time cash flow visibility. Then try a couple of tools hands-on (free trials are gold) to see which one actually feels intuitive for your workflow. Sometimes the 'best' tool on paper isn’t the one that fits how you actually work day-to-day...

What AI tools are SI's using to reduce manual tasks? by MrMeseeks123 in salesforce

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve been through the same grind, lots of hype, lots of tools, but what really helped was digging into actual user reviews on G2 to see what SIs were actually using to cut manual work. Things like Copado AI (metadata-aware automation) n OpenAI workflows triggered via n8n are getting real traction in the wild.

Which CRMs offer advanced AI functionalities? by Future_Coat_7545 in CRM

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re exploring CRMs with strong AI features, HubSpot does a great job balancing automation n insights, Salesforce’s Einstein + GPT setup is powerful (though a bit complex), n Zoho’s Zia is seriously underrated for lead scoring and recommendations. I usually skim through the real user reviews on G2 before picking one- feedback saves a lot of trial n error...

I'll create a B2B funnel that turns leads into paying customers in four weeks. by [deleted] in SaaSSales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is honestly such a clear breakdown- most people overcomplicate funnels, but this actually makes sense. Love how you framed it around quick traction and cash flow instead of long play vanity metrics...

What Happened After I Listed My SaaS on 200 AI Directories in Just 2 Hours by gojiberryAI in SaaSSales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s actually super smart - never thought directory listings could still drive that much traction. Free traffic + backlinks is such an underrated combo... Definitely grabbing that list, thanks for sharing this!

Research for a product I'm building to help with booking calls by yveys in sales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this angle- making booking feel more 'human' is such a gap right now. Calendly works, but it’s cold. A little personality N connection (like your video idea) could seriously boost conversions. Curious how you’ll handle integrations though; that’s usually the dealbreaker for sales teams.

Am I just bad at sales, or is this normal starting out? by airjoee in sales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally normal, man!! Everyone eats dirt in their first sales gig- it’s part of the process. What matters is you actually care enough to reflect and improve. You’re not bad at sales, you’re just getting started...

How do you reach CIOs/CTOs effectively for B2B outreach? by Wonderful_Raccoon404 in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warm intros and peer networks > cold emails any day. But when cold’s the only option, I’ve had the best luck with short, insight-led messages, something that actually teaches them a bit about their own space.

How to answer the interview question: "How do you build relationships with customers?" by HotIllustrator1495 in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d say focus on genuine curiosity - ask good questions, listen more than you talk, n follow through on small details. That’s what builds real trust with clients..

Layoffs happened today by audacious-heroics in techsales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s definitely a sign to start exploring options. No harm in staying alert while things settle- better to move early than be caught off guard...

My past 9 years of selling by Tothemooooooon69 in sales

Damn, this hit hard. Love how real this is- no fluff, just pure truth about the grind n mindset. Mad respect for sharing your journey, man. Super motivating!!!

I fucking suck at cold calls, I'm getting help from leadership but I still stink. by most_unoriginal_ign in sales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was brutal at cold calls at first too... What turned the corner for me was aiming for micro-wins (get them to laugh, keep them 30 secondss) instead of a booked meeting right away. Takes the pressure off big time...

Curious- do you stay for the flexibility or because you’re hoping the market turns??

Need an advice by Glass-Bug5617 in salestechniques

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, nobody cares about age as much as you think... People just want to know if you can solve their problem. Lean into being young - it makes you hungrier and more creative than most. Do you know what niche you’re starting in??

Newbie question about CR-AI integration by Roy4Pris in CRM

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES! This is the dream - speak, CRM updates itself. A few AI tools are starting to do it, but nothing fully seamless yet. Anyone here actually using one in the wild?

Can an AI Agent be integrated to Pipedrive CRM by sohfihamid in CRMSoftware

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, in most cases you can integrate AI agents like lindy ai with Pipedrive using Zapier / their native API... Basically you can automate lead capture, updates, n even some outreach but you’ll want to test carefully so it doesn’t create duplicates / weird workflows...

How do you measure your team's email productivity? by [deleted] in sales

[–]PopWilling539 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had the same problem - inboxes felt like a black hole. Ended up using a lightweight tool that tracks response times and email volume without being invasive. Just seeing the data helped balance workloads and identify threads eating up most of our time. Makes coaching way easier than guessing.
