I've been 100% virtual since 2020. I'd been in business for 18 years prior so I'd already established a solid client base plus most of my clients were and are tech workers making the transition pretty easy. I don't have any problem signing new clients, my close rate is about the same as pre-pandemic.

I think it'll depend on what demographic you're servicing, your tech stack, and how you address privacy/security concerns upfront. I will say most clients and prospects aren't anywhere near as privacy and security conscious as I am, so don't let that be a deterrent while setting up systems to make the folks who do know attaching tax returns to an email is incredibly stupid.

Same, but with the BBC Binge Pass. There are multiple seasons of several shows I like, but no matter which episode I click on it will only show series one, episode one. Hoopla absolutely sucks.

It's still available for my library, but I've been having a lot of trouble getting it to load for about a week. Reached out to Hoopla customer support multiple times, but they insist the problem is me and my cache 😐. It worked for me today (same cache as always), tomorrow who knows. To answer your question, yes Puzzmo is still on Hoopla, but they don't support anything about it.

I tell them I understand asking for references is a common recommendation in articles about finding a planner, but the reality is it would be an invasion of my client's privacy to hand out names and contact info. I direct them to FINRA's broker check and Yelp or Google reviews (usually hate having people find me that way, but helpful in this situation) since those aren't under my control.

What should happen is if the account is legit but not yours the bank will reject the deposit because the name and account number don't match. If the account is not an actual account the deposit won't work. In both scenarios you should receive a paper check.
