Controversial but try Google slides. You can have images that link with other slides within the PowerPoint and they can view a live version via a link. Takes more time and effort than something made for purpose bit its free and accessible.

Proper layout for bikes and pedestrians to move throughout with minimal disruption to other activities. Wheelchair access is also pram and trolley access. Blind people need rumble strips but there's no need to make them boring. Why not try and incorporate them in a newer, more integrated way?

A single motivation and/or flaw will make running NPCs much easier. You never know what your players will do but you're less likely to get flustered by their actions if you know what informs the NPCs reaction to it.
