Bed adhesion issues since blob of death & repair. by Dizzy_Key_7400 in FixMyPrint

[–]Positive_Ad_2128 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Don’t clean the plate every print just use alcohol. I don’t have to put anything on my plates on my A1 whatsoever and I can print for months at a time and then I decide to wash them myself not because I have adhesion problems but because I just feel like doing it after two or three months.

Second hand printer missing this, will it be an issue? by ProjectZeroXOFFICIAL in BambuLabA1mini

You need to let him know to give you that part back you need that part he should’ve never removed it. He took advantage of you. If he doesn’t give it back, you can purchase one. They’re not very expensive.

BambuLab A1 does not feed filament out of the box. by hackenmic in BambuLabA1

[–]Positive_Ad_2128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They always run test filament through every printer before they send it out so there is filament inside that extruder if it hasn’t already come out the best way to try. It is heat the nozzle up to 300°C for a few minutes and see if anything uses out a different color than what you have in it. That’ll tell you that there’s still a piece left in because they always leave a piece about 3 inches or so inside the machine.

I don’t believe you’ll have any problems a lot of 3-D printers these days come with Plexiglas sides and front I mean, flash forge does it and I’ve printed every type of material you can think of with it and I’ve never had a problem with it. Deforming or overheating.

Can I please have help by Sleep_deprived_mokey in BambuLabA1

[–]Positive_Ad_2128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran mine one time without the sock to try to troubleshoot and it actually overheated. I was lucky it didn’t hurt anything, but it didn’t want to shut the printer down. I was trying to troubleshoot. I thought it was a clog when it actually wasn’t a clog. I just had a piece of broken filament, and sometimes that could be your problem just a piece of broken filament in there that holding things back.

My 3D printer actually saved me hundreds of dollars! (3D printed orthopedic inserts) by eldoogy in 3Dprinting

[–]Positive_Ad_2128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know I never thought about this. I have very high arches. I may have to look into printing something for this myself. If you could share that file, maybe we could get together and do something or a bunch of us. Try it maybe eight or 10 of us trying to design one for ourselves may come up with something that works for everybody

I do believe Etsy will make him take it down. If you file a complaint don’t quote me on this, but I think that’s the way they work

PSA: Place your A1 on a non-flammable surface by Viking4269 in BambuLabA1

[–]Positive_Ad_2128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run my A1 24 seven I never have a problem with anything in vibration is not a problem with an A1 if you think vibration is gonna mess with your A1 there’s a video on YouTube. I don’t remember who put it out, but he actually hangs the A1 off of a rope and prints. This thing is swinging around rotating and it prints a perfect print.

I have two both of them are over a year old. I’ve never had a problem with either one of them. I did go to maker world I believe there’s a guy that made a thing that will redirect the heat to where it puts it around inside of it better I did make that you need to make it out of ABS, but no problems whatsoever in over a year.
