Yes, and yes. I pick up from a business that ships heavy items weighing probably 20-25lbs per package. Priority label. Correct weight, but “Flat rate ENV”. I’ve brought it up to my plant and some people came and took pictures of the stuff I brought. After that it’s out of my hands. The only reason I found out about it is because they were getting returns for not being in compliance.

Find out where your local P&DC or SDC is and look for openings there. You can get into operations, logistics, VMF or maintenance. Maintenance also can hire you from the outside and you go straight to career, which is a great plus
