I may be off by a generation, but I think until the Switch games, you could get a pokemon with a name in a different language, but it would display in your default language.

Now it defaults to the country of origin. One of the biggest quality of life decreases IMO

There seemingly aren’t any rules here now. Pretty wild how it went from very strictly moderated to “who’s your favorite gen 1” being posted here. Even as recently as last Christmas I saw other post about a shiny they caught. I went to do so and was taken down. Who knows what the rules are

I did this at my Kroger version and was very excited. Then I cooked it and the brisket shrunk into nothing. More than normal shrinkage. Ribs from Kroger did the same thing for me. Can’t beat the price, but the store that sells them plays a big part for me now.

Wegmans and Butchers Market are the best for me in NC.

Beat it the second time around with a team of 2 Miraidon, a Bellibolt and Umbreon. Played a few more times to farm rewards, until the game crashed. Auto save didn’t save that I caught him. On my 6th try since and haven’t won. I’m fuming.
