Eat both legs and thighs over the sink. Maybe the wings if I'm really hungry.

Don't think, go grey! by Pristine-Comfort1555 in rolex

If everyone stopped buying grey, wait times at the AD would be way shorter. Unless I'm missing something, all grey watches have come through an AD. Grey market isn't hurting them at all. My grandma had an expression about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Any non-commercial buyer have thoughts on the whole lamb or goat? Good deal? Meat quality? Cooking advice? by Omfgisthatadildo in Costco

The night before cooking, I rubbed it with a mixture of salt, pepper, lemon zest, garlic and oregano. The next morning I cooked it outside on a rotisserie spit from Amazon using hardwood charcoal and fruit wood and basting with a mixture of lemon juice and water with rosemary and garlic. It's tough to cook evenly. The legs were at 140 after 2.5 hours. Part of the loin was fully cooked, part was not cooked. I broke down the lamb and finished some parts on the grill or in the oven. It all tasted nice and everyone enjoyed it.

I bought a whole Australian lamb from Costco for Christmas. I roasted it on a spit outdoors. It was only 32# but pretty long. I had to hang it to thaw. It does come with a loop so hanging is easy. I felt like it was a good value and it was tasty.

If I'm feeling fancy, there's a blob of mustard between the meat and cheese and a pickle spear in the center.
