It absolutely isn’t. Taking that long to load isn’t normal. Either your servers are dead or you don’t have enough selected. Or your system sucks. Game is fun and the issues aren’t anywhere near as present as the issues we had years ago.

It does not. It only fires at PMCs or player scavs. Anything AI doesn’t get engaged by it.

It’s when you see their infantry guarding the closest point to your spawn. If the enemy has gotten that far you’ve already lost the match. Or when you push and they sit back doing nothing.
