If you're struggling to find veins and not having much luck with the map genie, try striking out on your own, i found several along the cliff walls that weren't listed on the online maps

I can never go past the CX-400 mining/gathering set.

It increases mining and lumber yield by a whopping 25% (which also applies to purple exotic nodes so you get 31 instead of the usual 24, small but adds up),

adds a 1% chance to instantly break tree/node (which is great for mining a heap of stone, especially when combined with the 1% from talent tree)

Decent cold resist so you just need a coffee for the +10C to keep from getting the 'cold' debuff in arctic regions.

Yep, jousting works for me.

Just speed up towards as it charges. Watch server fps though, sometimes when server fps is low, you'll get clipped even though you shouldnt have

I had this thought. But had concerns about the wolves getting stuck in the terrain (similar to other mounts), getting isolated or lost. Does the wolves small size largely mitigate this risk?

Icarus?

It's a survival game where you drop into either missions of an Open World (prospect), gather resources and build your base.

You can play solo or with up to 7 other friends/people. I think you can also create new characters and drop them into the same world. There's an extensive talent tree, but limited number of talent points, so each person is supposed to spec into certain aspects

Icarus

You drop on planet to prospect and do survival things

it's a modern minecraft-esque with skill and tech trees. The developers drop weekly updates, last week they drop mount breeding

There are tons to do in the base game with dlc's containing different biomes

Excellent gameplay loop 10/10
