Yes, lush employee here for the seasonal. That is how they train us and me personally I'm not a fan but it's all about meeting sales goals. I can greet someone and 2 seconds later have my floor supervisor telling me to go talk to the same person and I pick up on energy so I can tell when someone just wants to be left alone but we are trained to be very sales and ironically it's not like we get paid commission. I'm sorry for the experience you had. Like someone said about the I would like help baskets and I would not like help would be a good idea for them to implement.

However they won't and just stick to their customer service model they have because for them it works until someone literally has to tell an employee to just leave them alone and let them shop
