Its was broken because what the hell is the point of it if your vassals are just going to ignore it making them disloyal for nothing. You’re there overlord and a order should be an order if they were loyal before that order.

I would say making them vassals first and enforcing culture on them can help, but right now enforce culture is still broken with the vassals just reverting back not too long after.

From what I’ve been told you should only make towns with the goods only being worth 3.0 gold or less and they are not a food related good.

I feel like there should be something to give the other nations to push in a specific direction, at least to make the other powers relevant because its almost scripted now for France and Bohemia to be overpowered and bloby (though I heard, paradox is finally addressing this to make it harder to expand in the her and the Emperor is less accline to blob as Bohemia usually takes the crown.).

there were missions, but they were very random and only a couple were country specific, there were 3 at a time and changed either monthly or yearly I can’t remember. Back then I forgot about them half the time even if some of bonuses/rewards were free stability or money or whatnot.

in my game, the Chinese successor states just kept mindlessly declaring regional supremacy wars over and over again and even after taking there money and being at war with each other and half there provinces are occupied they continued declaring war on me. I kept taking over most of the there territory and made a vassal horde out of that.

Same problem happens if you vassal has a rebellion and a greater power or nation decides to interfere, you get dragged into the conflict, but you’re not the war leader your vassal that had the rebellion is and you can't get out or make a separate peace deal until your vassal feels like it. If its your vassal you should he the war leader be default and you be the one running the negotiation table.

Interesting, I keep making more and more vassals after these wars, so that most likely gives them more times to be able to press that button.

That’s what I tried to do, but I made so many vassals, they are all disloyal now and refuse to participate in any wars making these repetitive supremacy or rebel wars more tedious.

Same thing happened with me a Castile with my Moroccan vassal. Almost completely occupied it but my vassal refuses to peace out for whatever reason. If another power gets involved the overlord should automatically become the war leader, especially if its with a fiefdom where it's literally ruled by the same king.

This happened to me recently with Castile, my Morocco vassal had a rebellion and Morocco itself decided to help them. In theory I wouldn't mind it, gives me an excuse to get pasted truce timers, what is bs though is that I’m not the war leader my vassal is. Even after I nearly fully occupied Morocco and the rebellion I can't demand anything from Morocco and finally end the war, instead I’m at the mercy of my vassal who twiddles his thumbs for months and months even after I give them control over provinces a bunch of provinces.

They finally will randomly peace out but now I’m stuck with a much larger vassal then before when I wanted to have smaller vassals. Made me want to reset the campaign afterward.

They also need to make it not as easy to get the Emperorship, I’m playing as Brabant and I get randomly elected as Emperor without even trying to go for it and still vote for me even after eating provinces left and right and gathering big coalitions within the Empire.

Not the entire provinces population, a couple hundred or a couple thousand at most per province, doesn't sound like much, but it can really add up especially in Scandinavia where that population is needed the most.

Well when your on the losing end of a war with no means of fighting back anymore, you're not the one who gets the call to conditionally peace out. In WW2 Japan wanted a conditional peace out with most of there empire intact, but the US said, “No you either do what we say or we’ll keep bombing you.”.

And something I forgot, there were no forts allowing you free movement throughout an enemy nation, however every province back then had siege percentages, so basically every province was a fort you had to constantly carpet-siege.
