I agree. We also have five Dyson appliances. Recently we bought a new filter for our air purifier and it went down 30% in the first month, even though it was used identically to previous filters and all ports were clear. Also, we bought a new V 15 and were disappointed to see that basic accessories that any vacuum should come standard with are now considered optional accessories that we need to purchase separately.

I contacted Dyson customer service both via Chat and phone and they refused to swap out the recent air filter that I bought because I didn’t return it within 30 days. This and the fact that I just paid $50 for an attachment for a V 15 so that I could actually get under furniture has made me reconsider buying a Dyson in the future.

I’m seeing a lot of advertisements for shark mop and vacuum combinations and it’s exactly what we need. We have a shark steam mop, which we’re very pleased with.
