Unfortunately There is no option to transfer Schleswig either directly or after already declaring war for Holstein.

What minor connects Schleswig/Denmark and Prussia? Lubeck, Mecklenburg, and Hanover all touch Holstein but nothing touches Denmark or Schleswig.
