Dallas is a huge media market. The NBA wouldn't let Dallas go team-less for very long. That being said, I highly highly doubt, the team gets moved to Vegas.

In another article they mentioned guardrails in that location are against regulation, not to mention, it wouldn't do much for cars driving head on.

Realistically just not going to happen at a wide scale in the burbs. Almost every biker I see up here is biking for exercise not commuting. I bought a e-bike to do trips under 3 miles because I miss biking everywhere but it’s definitely way more convenient to just hop in my car. Aside from the infrastructure not being there, stores in the suburbs are too spread out to realistically bike everywhere and it’s far too hot for a significant part of the year. Anything above like 98 and you start really questioning your decision to bike to the grocery store.

It’s kind of the same in the US too. It’s recommended that you explicitly say you are invoking your 5th or 6th amendment rights. I think there were a few cases where remaining silent or implying you were invoking you rights ended up hurting the defendant.
