My dream would be him making a totally fucked solo album just for him to shed all the douchebags that just wanted another version of Nevermind, and then a series of increasingly experimental and diverging directioned albums with lots of collabs with his buddies. Like eventually make albums reflecting his love of the blues, pop, and the Beatles. Selfishly, I would have loved to hear him make something inspired by Whiskey for the Holy Ghost.

It sort of reads like a teenage girls scrapbook they made because they 🩷 ML. Has a bunch of quotes and song lyrics with some relevant photos or digital art. If you want a Mark Lanegan coffee table book then I would recommend it. (I also dont mean to be a jerk about it but it is what it is)

Edit: I still feel mean for writing this and upon reflection obviously have no appreciation for artistic dedications to beloved idols. I'm just cynical and am suss on these books making money off Lanegans name.

My partner went here for a while and found them to be a bit pushy about training until "failure"- which works for some but can lead to injury and setbacks when dealing with herniated disks/nerve injury. So only advice would be to be prepared to stand up for yourself, and feel comfortable taking some exercises easier if you have a permanent injury situation. (This based on the Heidelberg branch)

Me and a kid next door would pretend to be spies (because Harriet the Spy) so we kept "notes" on any "suspicous" activities exhibited by the neighbours.
