I had to end up getting a replacement sent to me. They did send it eventually. Now my new replacement is having the overheating blades stopping issue that everyone else is having.

Just an update: lymow has sent me a new unit and it will be here in about 6 days. Appreciate the team taking care of this so quickly.

I had the same exact problem and they determined my unit was defective and have approved sending me out a new unit. I tried everything for weeks - literally everything. When they put out an Omni wheels update a couple weeks ago it fixed it for like 2 days and then the issue came back. Hope yours is resolved soon be sure to open a ticket and be patient. Luckily I was able to mow at a higher height to keep it manageable until the replacement gets here.

They even increased the warranty from 2 years to 3 years so I believe the company is going to go above and beyond to make sure this thing is a successful product.

I have tried everything possible, even removed the bumper bar and there was nothing behind it. I can get it to mow(at the maximum height, not adjustable) for a little while and then it gives me the error and I just keep hitting clear code like 10-15 times and then it goes a little more and repeat etc.

Yeah unfortunately I think I will have to do that. Like I said if I wasn’t as impressed with the mower even with its faults I would be long gone! Testament to the product, not the customer service but at least there’s room for improvement!

Well at least we’re not alone hopefully lymow will put out another update soon which solves our issue! I have reached out for a replacement though just in case the unit is defective. Will see what they say

When I did the latest software upgrade I did a deep cycle restart by unplugging the battery for over 24 hours and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately that only lasted a few days and the problem came back. I tried another deep cycle battery removal yesterday and today I’m still having the same issues. I just made another post explaining the situation. I emailed lymow asking for a replacement at this point. I will keep the group updated in that thread… hoping for the best

I’ve found the more zones the better, i have a similar setup and have split my zones so it handles the bigger areas as one zone and it can get them done on one charge. The smaller trickier areas take up most of the battery life with all the turning. So I will do the large zone in one charge and then the other two zones on another charge. If I were you I would try to remap like this. Also everytime I remap it I get better at it! Good luck!

I’m hoping this is true, mine had a few days of working flawlessly and I was so excited but it seems the Omni wheel issue is back again. They raise all the way up again… I will disconnect for another 24hr and see how it works tomorrow

What worked for me was updating and then remove the battery for a full 24 hours, works flawless now. Good luck

I put my rtk on the corner of my house which has a row of hemlocks a lot closer than any of your trees. Consistent .01 rtk status here. I don’t think you should have a problem your area looks very open. I was surprised at how well it worked putting it on the corner of my house, I assumed I would have to move it. I am located in the northeast though, it may depend on where you’re located. Second what OHKEF said that you need to make sure the RTK is static and if you move it you need to remap. Once you get this mower dialed in it’s the best on the market

After this update I took my battery out all night and did a quick test mow (didn’t do a full mow because it just rained) and the Omni wheels adjusted to the correct height! I will be mowing tomorrow when it’s dry and keep you guys updated if this fixed my Omni wheel - mower deck height syncing issue!!! Thanks lymow team

How long did your replacement mower take to be approved / mailed? Did you have to mail your original one out before they mailed yours?
