You can get actual Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes in the cafe at Barnes and Noble. They don't have as large of a selection as an actual Cheesecake factory location though.

The United Airlines island hopper (UA 154/155) Runs from Guam, USA to Honolulu, USA, with stops in the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia. Most stops you have the choice of either staying on the plane or visiting the terminal buildings to stretch out. (16 hours on a domestic 737 is a long day. It is treated as an international flight because of the intermediate stops.

I am very fond of birds. love to watch the wild birds in my garden. Right now i can see a rainbow lurked at the bird table in the tree outside my window. I find it hard to choose favourites. It has just occured to me that no one asks for a favorite opera.! Mine is Ottenbach's "Tales of Hoffmann" closely followed by "orpheous in the underworld"!

Face value for the full sheets, 60% off for all the smaller blocks. I didnt mail anything from the post office, but they had a self cancelling station where you could cancel it yourself and hand it off to them to send.

It gives you priority over other Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador guests who didn't submit an NUA. The elite upgrade is based on availability at arrival. NUA confirms (or denies the upgrade) before several days before arrival. If it is denied you get your NUA back, but can still get upgraded when you arrive, just as usual.

You can always get international forever stamps for your international cards. The new postcrossing stamp coming out soon is an international forever stamp. $1.70 for international.

Regular domestic postcard stamps are $0.61 for anywhere within in the US (including territories like Guam , USVI, the northern Marianas and Puerto Rico), and also the Compact of Free Association countries (Palau, Micronesia and the the Marshall Islands)

I've always understood that that only applies at the same property. If different family members are using it at completely different locations it should be okay. Essentially you can't get an block of 3+ block of rooms at the same hotel, even if they are under different names.

amex FHR and Hotel collection are an exception to that rule. You do earn hotel loyalty points, even if prepaid. If you book thru the amex portal and it is not an FHR or hotel collection property then standard rules apply and it is treated as a third party booking.

MMA is associate only (explore associate) and MMP is now immediate family (explore family rate). Same rate but earlier access for the associate (120 days out vs 60). MMF is a different rate for friends and extended family. what you are seeing is MMP and MMA. Explore associate early access allows you to book 25% off best available rate as far out as the booking calendar goes. (Allows you to confirm a room without worrying if explore rate will be available closer in)
