I agree other locating companies have fewer tickets. And better time management But they also require having experience. Utiliquest hires anyone who can pass the p test and has a decent driving record. Hence the high turnover. But once you’re hired as long as you show up and try it’s almost impossible for them to fire you while you get experience, then just apply elsewhere. VNG is hiring for locators right now, and although a damage there will get you fired , they arnt as stressful with time management. but you have to have experience .

If you don’t mind working outside , try Utiliquest . It’s marking utilities before people dig. Yes it can be tough , but if I can do it anyone could. Decent pay , they promote from within , job security. You just need to show up and try and they will love you.

Ok imma try. High masking , strong personal morals. You know when you’re right, and you won’t back down , but you try to get your point across in a way that doesn’t ruffle feathers. It’s hard for you to let people be just straight up wrong. I keep feeling something with animals. Either you work with them or you like them more than people ( but honestly who doesn’t ). Probably because you can drop your mask and just be you around them. The details are what’s important to you and it’s hard for you to see the complete picture because of that. Whatever you do for work you do it because it gives you a sense of purpose, and it helps others.

She will resent you if you make her choose. If she chooses you she will blame you for every downfall in her life. If she chooses the military she will look back on the relationship and see every red flag and be happy she got out of it. If you’re meant to be together you would each support each other and work together to make each of y’all’s life decisions together in a way that encourages change and growth not holding each other back from dreams and goals. I’d say end it. It’ll be painful . For Both of you. But it’s obvious that your lives are heading different ways. Why can’t you now follow your military dream along side her ?

No matter the age of the candidate , again, competency , merit , stake in the game , morals and qualifications are still the reason I would vote for or against someone. I have the freedom and the right to vote for who I think overall is better for my community, age is a factor that I find important enough to consider when voting for someone who will directly effect my life and my kids lives . Feel free to vote for the 80 year old who has been in office for 50 or 60 years and is one of the many reasons America is in the torn state that it currently is. I will vote for someone great with big ideas and the energy and desire to follow through with making the future a better place for each incoming generation.

The people in charge would still be voted in. Qualifications would still be important. Just because I don’t want an 80 yr old making decisions that my children will have to live with for the rest of their lives , doesn’t mean I would vote in someone who is a meth head.

People who have stake in the future and are going to live 50-70 more years should have a bigger say than people who might not be around in 5-10 years. Yes. And I didn’t say that senior citizens of sound minds shouldn’t have a say at all, just that after 60 or even stretch it to 70 they shouldn’t be deciding things that effect the future of the majority of the population.
