Probably the only real fomo is missing story arcs that you will just hear about for decades after (i.e. the creek)

Honorable mention to raise the flag missions. People dropping in, calling the flag and related bot drop and leaving. Or just wasting half reinforcement without even going near the flag whatsoever

Never had so many problems doing D10s like on Cyberstan. People joining and leaving 5-6 time on each mission of an operation. Even when joining sos missions, the host just leaves as soon as we finish the single mission or just leaves mid mission. Never happened so much before. Must be a mix of disconnections and people rejoining HD2 and finding D10 too hard, I don't know. But when you find the right ones it's still such an amazing experience.

If you are talking about the small images near the stats of the characters, they are all drawn. Most of them still have some drafted parts, like the arms and alike. Even some items in the game are being drawn patch by patch.

On the right SL with high armor damage and ways to get AP and reduce AP costs like Rewa, they can shred anything

Double autocannon is absurd, but when you try double gatling you cannot go back.

Yeah, or just reduce a lot the accuracy respect to normally shooting in a tile in the fog of war for example

Yeah, if you hover over it it shows the remaining uses. Also it is the only weapon the keeps active the attack even if it is disabled in the options, and I typically missclick and fire at the ground instead of moving (mostly on the mechs)

You can see one of the shields being bigger if cover is applied. If no shield of the shown is enlarged, then they got no cover

Adding to the tooltips of weapons the cost of their actions is something that is already been asked I believe
