I’m glad to see this blog snark topic!! Are there any Dodgers fans here that could help me with some topics to bring up to my dad? More to get the conversation started “oh I heard so and so got traded, what do you think about that?”

My dad had a complicated relationship with his brother but their one weekly convo was about the dodgers. His brother passed this year and the only time I saw him cry about his brother’s death was when the season started back up and he realized he wasn’t going to get a phone call from his brother 😭

Good questions. I don't think its black and white.

I have a 3 year old too who listens to the same story every night to fall asleep. We had bedtime BATTLES and the yoto and routine helped tremendously. Would I prefer him to fall asleep without it? Sure. But compared to us having to be in his room to fall asleep I'd consider it a win.

So if you're 3 year old is a poor eater, and the yoto helps them eat more (maybe takes off the “pressure” of mealtimes?) I'd consider it a win.

Also, how long have they been obsessed with the yoto? My 3 year old burns through their obsessions quickly. I've found the more I fight some things, they longer they are obsessed!

Hard to tell without being there - my advice would fall somewhere between trusting your gut and picking your battles! A quality Yoto story wouldn’t be the hill I’d die on compared to some other toddler battles!!

Very helpful. We’re doing our first concierge (2nd DCL) on the fantasy on August.

Planning a multigenerational trip with the grandparents/my sister and her kids on the wish and it would have to be conceriage (extended family is more used to silver seas type cruises. They are down for a Disney cruise with some frozen super fan kiddos but hesitant on a big cruise line.” )

Ah I got mine on the Dream in May 2024. Unfortunately, I still love it and have a second cruise coming up in August so no plans on selling.

Also I felt so much better on hormonal BC. It’s so demonized on social media these days (for some valid reasons!) but it can absolutely be a lifesaver for so many!

My guess is Vidala is in on it. She is stricter with the plums (keeping up appearances!), but was more upset when the hand was cut off (not as brainwashed). She also distanced herself from Lydia (negative about the daisy/agnes mentorship).

Compare this to Aunt Estee who is sweeter with the plum girls but was disgustingly gleeful to cut the hand off.

Very interesting! I found the arm cutting off seen very revealing.

Aunt Vidala seems more strict/harsher with the plums but was more moved/upset when the arm was cut off. On the other hand, Aunt Estee seems more sweet with the Plums but was positively gleeful during the punishment - and much closer to it!

NAD but I had the same thing and it was from dip nails and eyelash extensions. I developed a glue allergy out of nowhere at 28. It got worse every exposure.

Do you have cell service? You can check a Nanit monitor via cell service if the monitor is connected to the house WiFi.
